Payment
Our export terms are Ex-Works Bjäraryd (Incoterms 2000), with payment in full before goods are despatched.
Deliveries
We aim to deliver your goods to you within 30 days of accepting your order, most orders will be delivered in 5 to 10 days but this is dependent on the current stock availability which can vary due to seasonal and raw material factors.
Cost of Delivery
Delivery charges vary depending on the size of the order and the customers address. When an order is placed in the webbstore, the system will send an order-confirmation by e-mail. We will process your order and send an Pro-forma Invoice with the total cost including the freightcost by e-mail. When the Pro-Forma Invoice is paid, we will send the goods as soon as possible by the specified transport agent.
VAT
The prices on our website is shown without VAT.
Prices
The price of any Products will be as quoted on our site from time to time, except in cases of obvious error.
Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Pro-Forma Invoice.
Export to EU countries
Customers from EU countrys must specify their VAT number to be able to shop without VAT.
Customers from Eu country that does not have a VAT number, we must add Swedish VAT (25%) on the order.
Export to Non-EU countries
Customers from Non-EU will be able to shop without VAT.
A Customs fee of SEK 230:- will be added.
Shipping Damages
Customers MUST carefully examine the shipment as soon as received. Damage to goods during shipping is the carrier’s responsibility. If any goods is received damaged, note this on the carrier’s delivery slip and immediately contact the carrier’s claims department.
Warranty
LG Produkter AB guarantees all goods against faulty workmanship and materials for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery. The warrany does not cover normal usage and damage due to normal wear and tear.
Consumer Rights - Returns policy
If you are contracting as a consumer, you may cancel a order at any time within 14 working days, beginning on the day after you received the Products. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Products less the cost for delivery and/or customs fees. To cancel a order, you must inform us in writing. You must also return the Product(s) to us immediately, in the same condition in which you received them, and at your own cost and risk. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. You will not have any right to cancel a order for the supply of any custom made products.
Title of the goods
The property in the goods shall remain with LG Produkter AB until all amounts due have been satisfied, and LG Produkter AB shall have the right of entry on the premises of their customer, or a third party, for the purpose of recovery of the goods in the event of non-payment of any amounts due.
Our Liability
We are not responsible for indirect losses which happen as a side effect of the main loss or damage and which are not foreseeable by you and us (such as loss of income or revenue, loss of business, loss of profits or contracts, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, waste of management or office time) however arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise.
Law and Jurisriction
Contracts for the purchase of Products through our site will be governed by Swedish law.
Any dispute arising from, or related to, such Contracts shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the court of Sweden.
